Article 1 — Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of products on the Eclora website between the seller named above and any customer ("the Customer").

Article 2 — Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£), inclusive of VAT where applicable. Eclora reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are billed based on the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 3 — Order

The Customer selects the products they wish to order and proceeds to secure online payment. An order confirmation is sent by email.

Article 4 — Payment

Payment is made online by credit/debit card or any other method offered on the site, via a secure payment platform.

Article 5 — Delivery

Orders are delivered within the UK within 5-7 business days of order confirmation. See our shipping policy for more details.

Article 6 — Right to Cancel

Under UK consumer protection law, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right to cancel, with no need to give a reason or pay a penalty. Eclora also offers a 30-day money-back guarantee — see our refund policy.

Article 7 — Legal Warranties

Products sold benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, as provided under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Article 8 — Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the Customer may use consumer mediation as provided by law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the Customer's statutory rights.
